Villa Valmonida is located in the heart of Istria, in a small village next to the picturesque town of Zminj. If you are looking for a vacation that includes sports and sightseeing and sun, this is the place for you! Villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine ..), dining room and living room in one space. The living room is equipped with TV, satellite, DVD. Upstairs are four bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms with shower, there is also a washing machine .. In the outer part there is a pool with garden furniture and fenced garden with barbecue, garden furniture ... Villa is air conditioned, the price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and free Wi-Fi. The facility has a safe and a sauna as well as a children's playground and sporting equipment for badminton. In front of the villa there is parking for up to 4 vehicles.

If all the roads in Europe lead to Rome, all the roads of Istria would lead to Žminj, the center of the peninsula of Croatia. There are remains of an old castle with four circular towers and a fortress from the 15th century. Villa Zminj is located near the center, with a large baroque church. Come to Croatia and be spoiled by this wonderful villa in an enchanting atmosphere.

The apartment was very well maintained. Everything was there as in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped. Enco the host was always easy to reach and super friendly. Check in and check out was uncomplicated. There wasn't much going on in the area, but you could go on many excursions and visit many beaches. The average travel time to the beaches was 25 - 60 minutes. In the next town there was a large supermarket where you got everything you needed and a gas station. There were also plenty of restaurants which had good and cheap food on offer. The property was right on a street, but you hardly noticed it. If you like it quiet and secluded, this is the place for you. All in all a very successful holiday. (Marius)
