The beautiful holiday home Ana Rita is located in a relaxing environment near Kanfanar. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor have a separate entrance through the terrace. The first floor consists of a big family bedroom with 2 double beds and a bathroom with shower. The guests can enjoy their time in the private garden with jacuzzi, or having breakfast at the terrace with a stunning view of the nature that surround the house. There is also a storage room ideal for your bicycles. The villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. Meanwhile, those who enjoy walking or cycling will find a variety of roads and paths that lead to the most beautiful interior of the Istrian peninsula. The 30 kilometers of cycle paths connect Kanfanar to the neighboring villages such as Dvigrad, Lim, Barat, Zminj and Svetvincenat.

Kanfanar is a small town situated in the south-west part of the Istrian peninsula, 275 meters above the sea. It is only 8 km far from the sea’a closest site, the Lim Cave. It is dominated by a Mediterranean climate with pleasant temperatures in summer and mild in winters. For those who love free climbing, there are two suitable sites near Kanfanar: one is at the end of the Lim Cave, next to the road,and the other one is above Dvigrad, in the northern part of the Draga. Meanwhile, those who enjoy walking or cycling will find a variety of roads and paths that lead to the most beautiful interior of the Istrian peninsula. A beautiful house, great surroundings

We traveled as a family with two children (12 and 17 years old). We received a very warm welcome from our hosts. They even provided a welcome basket, which we were very happy about. Thank you again! The house is fantastic; it had everything we needed. We were very surprised. We lacked nothing. The beds and rooms are lovingly furnished and very comfortable. Everyone had a lot of fun in the pool; the water temperature was just right. We spent wonderful hours in the whirlpool in the evenings. The outdoor area is very cozy and beautifully furnished, and we enjoyed stunning sunsets. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. Saying goodbye was difficult; we could have easily stayed longer. We will definitely come back. It was a wonderful vacation for us. The surrounding area is easily explored by car. There is a supermarket in town that is also easily reachable on foot. Dream house with everything you need!

We came as a family with 2 children and were able to spend a wonderful week in Villa Ana Rita. The landlords are extremely nice and communication is easy and excellent. The house is tip top and the landlords prepare everything - really everything for their guests! You can find everything from a hair dryer to ice cubes in the fridge! We can highly recommend the house and will most likely go back there again.June, 2022. (Kroati.de)
