Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Visitors to Lovran can enjoy perfect peace and quiet – probably the most sought-after qualities on a holiday, and essential for escaping the stress of daily life. This small coastal town with a population of only several hundred is particularly proud of its fishing and shipbuilding traditions, which today make up part of the local tourism offer. Lovran is also the university centre of the Opatija Riviera, as it is home to the internationally recognised Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, which has educated hundreds of students from all over Croatia and abroad. A special event is the Fish Festival, when visitors can experience what it means to live in a coastal place like this, as they have the opportunity to help fishermen repair their nets or place the fish traps, observe the fishing boats as they set out to sea, and then taste the freshly caught fish prepared by local chefs.

Jasminka is a very warm person and a great host! We felt right at home! She was always available, responded quickly and gave us nice tips. Although they live next door, we did not feel disturbed in our privacy for a single moment. The apartment is very clean and just like in the photo. The view is fantastic! There was a delicious welcome on arrival and the children were allowed to pick the mature figs from the tree. We had a great time in Lovran with Jasminka and her family. Thank you so much! We were only a few days in Jasminka's accommodation, but we were very satisfied, the hosts, especially Jasminka, are the biggest highlight, always available, friendly and in a good mood, super family-like togetherness and we felt immediately welcome with our 5 year old. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und rund um die Uhr zu erreichen. Wenn man etwas brauch, kann man einfach fragen:) wir haben uns bei Jasminka sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat uns sehr viele Tips gegeben was man alles machen kann. Die Fewo war sehr sauber und es war genug Platz für 4 Personen. Wir konnten ohne Probleme den Grill benutzen und die Küche ist super ausgestattet!Außerdem hatten wir eine ganze Terrasse mit Meerblick zur Verfügung. Man kann sehr viel in der Nähe unternehmen (baden,wandern, städte anschauen..). Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in Lovran. Reisezeitraum: April 2018 (Marlene W. aus 01069)
