Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The town of Umag is known for being a posh tourist and sports destination on the Adriatic coast. The ATP Croatia Open has positioned Umag as a sports destination for bringing the world's tennis elite to the town every year. Of course, tourism is the most important activity in the town and the surrounding region, where you can find many privately owned apartments, rooms and villas. Almost all the beaches in town and the surrounding region are proud owners of the blue flag. We definitely recommend the city beach „Laguna Stella Maris“, surrounded by a pine forest and offering a great range of water sports, bars and restaurants on the beach as well as the beach „Aurora“, where you can enjoy water sports and rest in the shade of ancient pines. Of course, in Umag you can find many restaurants offering traditional Istrian cuisine, bars and nightclubs.
