When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Rovinj is situated on the west coast of Istria and is one of the largest peninsula on the Adriatic coast, which is only one hour drive from Trieste. The city has an intact history, wonderful architecture, natural resources and hospitable people who are certainly worth a visit. Rovinj is also one of the most famous tourist centers of Istria, visited by many foreign and local guests. Apartment Batana is located about 200 meters from the beach. Nearby there are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and a famous old town with the church of St. Euphemia.
