The apartments are classically furnished and offer everything you need for a pleasant holiday - a functional kitchen, comfortable accommodation, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Guests have access to a secured parking space, as well as a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a garden and barbecue, perfect for socializing and enjoying the outdoors. The Vera A3 apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has a large terrace and two bedrooms with a garden view. The washing machine is located in the laundry room and is available to all guests. There are four apartments in the house.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
