The comfortable two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of the residence house. It is ideal for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen with kitchenware and a dining area for 4 guests, a comfortable living room with a sofa and Smart TV, a bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms with double beds and an extra toilet with a washing machine. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a seating area and a small terrace. There is also a parking space in the garage that guests can use during their stay.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

If you want to cook something yourself, the Porec town market is across the street and has lots of local produce and fresh fish. Porec is also ideal for those who want to have an active vacation as it offers many sporting activities.
Poreč is a town in the western part of Istria, which is an attractive tourist destination. Today it is known for its large selection of accommodation, first-class events and activities, which can be enjoyed by a guest.
It is a place with a long and turbulent history. In the vicinity of Porec there are many interesting attractions: the Brijuni National Park, the Höhle Baredine, the Pazin Höhle, the Lim Bay and a beautiful town - Venice.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
