A newly renovated one-bedroom suite in the heart of Poreč. Although not on the waterfront, it is located just off the main town square, 50 meters from the sea promenade, and less than 10-minutes walk to the beach. Kandler street does not have much traffic and anything you need is within 50 meters - restaurants and coffee shops, bike rental, pharmacy, grocery store and an ATM. The Purple Fig suite is fully equipped, with A/C, a kitchen with microwave and other appliances, flat screen Android TV with Netflix account. Fully functioning and fast Wi-Fi. A bathroom includes basic amenities, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. Air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and balcony. There is no parking on the premises, but we provide a parking pass for the municipal parking place, which is less than a 10-minute easy walk.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The apartment is elegant, modernly furnished, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed even for longer stays. Impeccably clean. Its strategic location is just a short walk from the historic centre. The owner, Mrs. Miriam, was always available in communication prior to our arrival and welcomed us kindly. We greatly appreciated the small balcony with a table and chairs, as well as the presence of a washing machine; the latter was essential because my husband and I arrived in Poreč by bike after cycling the entire Parenzana trail.
