The holiday house is 2.5 km from the city center and 600 meters from the first beach. Holiday house Leko is located at the beginning of the village and is surrounded by a large and beautiful garden. Apart Residence Leko has 5 apartments located on the ground floor, first and second floor. All are simply furnished and air conditioned. The area is ideal for families and those who want to enjoy the silence of the Istrian gardens, warm sun and blue sea. For an active holiday you can choose between walking, cycling, tennis, choose beach volleyball, table tennis, mini golf or boat rentals. You can select between gravel and stone beaches. Beaches are equipped with changing rooms, showers and many sports activities. Lovers of active holidays can reach the beach by bike, by car or on foot.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
