Highly recommended accommodation

This was our first time in Croatia and we found highly recommended accommodation. After a long journey, we were fortunately able to check in early in the morning. Check-in was straightforward. Only the parking fee (4 euros per hour) was annoying. There are no free alternatives nearby. The apartment corresponded 100% to the online description and was fine except for a few minor issues. However, these minor issues were immediately remedied by the landlady within the first two days. Although the apartment is directly adjacent to the main road, the traffic was barely noticeable inside. Only on the balcony facing the street was it a bit noisy at times. But you're not on the balcony most of the time anyway. There is a supermarket within walking distance of the apartment. The old town is about a 20-minute walk away. The nearest beach is about 10-15 minutes away. We would consider the apartment again on our next vacation in Croatia. The price-performance ratio is good. August, 2025. (Marcel )

Only suggestion is it wasn’t clear where to dispose of the rubbish when checking out (or maybe we missed this) and didn’t have a corkscrew for our wine! (Esen from UK)
