Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien und haben eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft gefunden. Nach einer längeren Anreise konnten wir glücklicher Weise schon am Vormittag in die Unterkunft. Der Check-In lief unkompliziert. Lediglich die Parkgebühren (4 EUR/Std.) waren ärgerlich. Kostenfreie alternativen sind in der nähe nicht vorhanden.
Die Wohnung entsprach zu 100% der Online-Anzeige und war bis auf kleinere Mängel in Ordnung. Die kleineren Mängel wurden aber in den ersten zwei Tagen unmittelbar durch die Vermieterin beseitigt.
Obwohl die Wohnung unmittelbar an der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, war vom Verkehr in der Wohnung kaum etwas wahrzunehmen. Lediglich auf dem Balkon der zur Straßenseite ist war es zeitweise etwas lauter. Aber man ist die meiste Zeit eh nicht auf dem Balkon.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung ist fußläufig ein Supermarkt gelegen. Die Altstadt ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nächste Strand ist etwa 10-15 Minuten entfernt.
Wir würden die Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Kroatien Urlaub wieder in Betracht ziehen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. August, 2025. (Marcel )

Only suggestion is it wasn’t clear where to dispose of the rubbish when checking out (or maybe we missed this) and didn’t have a corkscrew for our wine! (Esen from UK)
