An extra bed for one person is still in the living room. Guests also have a terrace with a seating area overlooking the garden, ideal for a piece of fruit and coffee in the morning, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price. the parking lot is in front of the house. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday near the beach (only 10 minutes away). The restaurants and bars are only 1 km away from the apartment. Group of young people are not acceptable.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
