When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Novo Naselje is in the south of the city of Poreč, in the immediate vicinity of the Brulo hotel complex, 300 meters from the city center and only 200 meters from the city beach. It is located south of the city center and is characterized by a number of private houses located in a beautiful pine forest. A leisurely walk will take you to the beaches in just 10 minutes. The owner, Cecilia, is a smiling, kind and very hospitable lady. She made her garden available for us to clean our bikes after a long day on the Parenzana bike path. This residential area is located in a pine forest, a 10-minute walk from the Poreč marina, surrounded by a quiet and peaceful environment. I highly recommend it! (Patrick)
