When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Wonderful 3-Day Stay at Rosanan’s Apartment!
We had a fantastic time staying at Rosanan’s apartment! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome – our host Biba was incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The apartment was cool and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked perfectly – a big plus during the summer heat. The location is also great, just a short 15-minute walk from the city center, so everything is within easy reach but still nice and quiet at night.
We especially loved Valamar Beach, which was excellent for families – clean, well-maintained, and great for kids. Plus, the free parking near the beach made everything super convenient.
All in all, a perfect stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and relaxing atmosphere, and we will most definitely come back. Highly recommended!
