Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Špadići are part of the town of Poreč, 1 km away from the downtown area and 100 m from the sea. Spadici are located north of town and consist of a number of private houses. The first beaches Luna and Materada are a few steps away. The area is ideal for families who want a quiet holiday, away from the city crowd but very close to the sea. The area of Špadići can be considered a small town because it consists of a bakery and several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, shops and sports facilities. The area is connected to the city center with a tourist train that runs the famous town's promenade called Pical. Poreč is a famous tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
