The charming Casa Giorgio is located in the village of Veleniki, about 5 km from the center of Poreč and its beautiful beaches. Casa Giorgio is an old traditional Istrian stone terraced house, which has been recently renovated in a more modern, but still original rustic style. It offers a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower cabins and a gallery on the top floor decorated as a children's playroom. The house has air conditioning in two bedrooms and the kitchen, a washing machine, free WiFi and parking behind the house for 2 cars, in the back of the house there is also a landscaped garden with a barbecue. There is also a small private terrace near the entrance with a barbecue and dining set. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The beautiful Casa Giorgio is situated in a small village called Veleniki, 5 km from Poreč and 5 km from the first beach in Poreč, Plava and Zelena Laguna. The village is very nice with a lot of green fields and woods, so it offers complete relaxation and an escape from the traffic and city noise. There you can find typical Istrian houses; most of them are newly renovated, but with the preserved Istrian identity. Veleniki is surrounded by many vineyards and olive grove and many green pathways throughout the forests and villages. The village is recommended for families because there is a lot of greenery, animals, and it is the ideal place for spending a relaxing holiday.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
