House Camellia is located in the centre of Poreč, very close to the old town and the sea, and is intended for 6 guests. It consists of ground and first floor. On the ground floor, there is a living room with SAT-TV and a seating area, and a kitchen with all appliances and a dining table. One bathroom is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each room is air-conditioned and covered by a Wi-Fi signal. The house also has underfloor heating, so you can stay in it in winter.
In front of the house is a large, spacious terrace with a dining table. There is also one separate bedroom, which has its own bathroom, satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as underfloor heating.
The house also has a washing machine.
Parking for the guest is provided (in price included) in the nearby parking lot, which is 5 minutes away on foot.
This house is an ideal choice for guests who want to stay in the centre, where everything is available to them and they don't need a car. Parties are not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

If you want to cook something yourself, the Porec town market is across the street and has lots of local produce and fresh fish. Porec is also ideal for those who want to have an active vacation as it offers many sporting activities.
Poreč is a town in the western part of Istria, which is an attractive tourist destination. Today it is known for its large selection of accommodation, first-class events and activities, which can be enjoyed by a guest.
It is a place with a long and turbulent history. In the vicinity of Porec there are many interesting attractions: the Brijuni National Park, the Baredine pit, the Pazin Cave, the Lim Bay and a beautiful town - Venice.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
