Apartment Sunce I in an apartment complex Villa Sunce is situated in Kastelir, a small place located only 10 km away from the sea and the nearest beaches on Lanterna peninsula. The apartment is on the ground floor and it can accommodate up to three persons.
Apartment Sunce consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a main living area containing a modern kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils, a dining area and a living area with a TV. The couch in the living room can be used as additional bed for the third guest. From the apartment you have an access to your private balcony with a seating garniture overlooking the garden and terrace with a shared pool. Outside, beside the pool you can find sunbeds, parasols and another seating areas. BBQ grill can also be found within the garden. Private parking is at your disposal.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

For those who love a peaceful holiday and want to be away from the noise, we recommend the place called Kaštelir, where is located a holiday house with pool named Villa Sunce (sun) . The villa is 7 km from the city center and 7 km from the first beach. Villa Sunce is located at the beginning of the village and is surrounded by beautiful garden. The villa has 3 apartments located on the ground floor and second floor. All are beautifully furnished and air conditioned. Each apartment has its own private terrace or balcony with a table and a setting garniture.
In the basement of this beautiful and comfortable holiday home, guests have at their disposal: tavern with fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, a game room with table football and billiards, a gym and two other bathrooms with shower. The area is ideal for families and those who want to enjoy the silence of the Istrian gardens, warm sun and blue sea. For an active holiday you can choose between walking, cycling, tennis, choose beach volleyball, table tennis, mini golf or boat rentals. You can select between gravel and stone beaches. Beaches are equipped with changing rooms, showers and many sports activities. Lovers of active holidays can reach the beach by bike or by car.
