The sofa in the living room can be used as additional double bed for two guests.The living room has an entrance to a large covered terrace with a seating garniture overlooking the surroundings. An usage of the air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private parking are included in the rental price as well as bed linen and towels. The nearest beaches are located in Porec, which makes this apartment perfect if you want peaceful vacation close to the city and touristic hotspots.

Stancija Diklic is a suburb of the town of Poreč, located just 3 km away from the city center and 4 km from first beaches. It is located on the old road connecting Poreč-Pula, and consists of a bakery, a cafe, a children's playground and a number of private houses. The place is very quiet, ideal for families and all of those who want a peaceful vacation. There is a bicycle path passing through Varvari and connecting Poreč with Žbandaj. The city of Poreč can be reached by car or by bus in just 5 minutes. Stancija Diklic are also very close to the area where you can find many supermarkets. Poreč is a tourist destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.
The apartment has 2 toilets, a washing machine, microwave, contact grill, coffee maker, etc.
