It has three air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, providing everything for a carefree stay. The most beautiful part of the apartment is the spacious balcony with deck chairs, a dining table and a barbecue - the perfect place to relax with a view of the yard and the greenery surrounding the house. Guests are provided with their own covered parking space. Pets are welcome (1 free, each additional €15 per dog/night). Children's play equipment is also available in the shared garden. The friendly owners live on the ground floor, always available to help.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The location is surrounded by greenery and local amenities such as shops and cafes, and there are also walking and cycling trails, water sports and diving nearby. Poreč offers a rich selection of cultural and entertainment activities - from historical sites, museums and local taverns to sports centers and bicycle trips through the Istrian countryside. Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
