Charming apartment for 2 persons with sea view and balcony

Simply furnished apartment Saldanika I is situated on the second floor af a family hous and it has 35mq. The house is located 150 m away from the beach. Guests have direct access from the garden on a pebble beach. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, , a kitchen with dining room, a bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea view. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, refrigerator and coffee machine. Apartment has satellite television, wi-fi, bed linen and towels. The apartment has a nice terrace, garden furniture and small park in front of the house for children in the garden. There is also private parking place in front of the house. Saladinka the small village, which is located only 4 km from the center of Porec. It is situated in a quiet location, surrounded by trees and meadows, and only 100 m from beach and sea. An ideal place for a relaxing vacation. Pets are wellcome.

A very cozy, clean, and well-maintained apartment with a fantastic sea view! The furnishings are even better than in the photos, as there's a new sofa in the kitchen-living room and a new bed in the bedroom. I immediately felt completely at home. There are many opportunities for bike rides. The small beach below the beautiful garden is also very pretty. The family who owns the house is friendly and helpful. We had a very nice break here. The apartment is small but nice and for the money it's all right. Great view of the beach. We were immediately offered a high chair for our child. The location is like in paradise, with a big garden in front of the apartment with pomegranate and olive trees, birds chirping. At of the garden begins the beautiful small beach. The balcony is big enough for 4 people to eat, everything else is for 2 people, completely reasonable for the price. October 2018 (Wilhelm, Leipzig, Germany)
