When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The Apartment Rosetta is situated in Dracevac, a small village 8 km from Porec city center, 6 km from beautiful and famous beaches of Plava and Zelena Laguna and 5 minutes from great restaurants by car. The closest grocery store is situated in Zbandaj, just 3 km far away from the village. The village is surrounded by greenary and bycicle paths and it is great for a peaceful vacation. Porec is a jewel of the west Istria and the Adriatic Sea. It offers bars, restaurants, shopps, cultural events, long history and all kind of sport activities. It is good for who enjoy active vacations.
Amazing house, extremely clean, everything new. Aircondtion units in every room which is rare. Nice.

We are fully satisfied with our stay. Everything was perfect: airconditionnig in every room, new bath and kitchen, perfect bed. The location is great: you can drive to Porec or to Vrsar. The owner is very nice lady, speaking perfect English. We do recommend this apartment. Believe me, you will have your dream vacation here. Five stars! August 2019 (Andriy )
