Family apartment on the 1st floor of a family house with a covered terrace/balcony. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom equipped with a shower, and a kitchen/living room. The air conditioner is in the kitchen/living room. The apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. On the large private terrace with a view of the surrounding area and olive groves, guests can enjoy drinking coffee or dining. In addition, a garden with deckchairs and a common barbecue area is at guests' disposal. The rental price includes private parking in front of the house, Wi-Fi, use of air conditioning, bed linen, and towels. Pets are welcome (max 2) for an extra charge on the spot and with prior notice. The nearest beach in Lanterna or Poreč is 7 km away or about 10 minutes by car. The area abounds with a rich offer of local restaurants with top-quality gastronomy.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Guests can stay in the numerous, decorated houses of the Kaštelir settlement and enjoy the local cuisine. Due to the proximity of the sea (7 km), it is common for fish and seafood to be an integral part of the menu. Cyclists and walkers looking for beautiful and untouched nature can take the Poreč cycle paths that will take them to the north, where above the Mirna valley is Vrbanovica, a picnic area and memorial area built with voluntary work and contributions from the surrounding locals. Peace, greenery, and the panorama of the Mirna and Adriatic seas will enchant every visitor. Far to the west, the nearby uninhabited Sabadin is the scene of sports paragliding, and was discovered by enthusiasts at an altitude of 170 meters with a favorable west and northwest wind. We enjoyed the location of the house, the view and the peace of the surroundings. Although the village is far from the main tourist destinations, it has all the main services, and even getting to the restaurants in the area was very easy and convenient.
