The apartment Pratolina is located in the tourist village Spadici, about 300m from the sea and 1500 m from the city center. It is located on the ground floor. The apartment spreads over 45 sqm and consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a shower and a spacious covered terrace overlooking the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. In the living room area connected with the kitchen is a dining table, satellite TV and an additional bed for the third guest. Bed linen, towels, use of air conditioning, Internet (Wi-Fi) and car parking are included in the price. In the garden is a barbecue area for all apartments in the house. Pets are welcome with an additional fee.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Špadići is part of the town of Poreč, 1 km away from the downtown area and 100 m from the Sea. It is located north of the town, and marked with a number of private houses. The first beaches Luna and Materada are a few steps away. The area is ideal for families who want a quiet holiday, away from the city crowd, close to the sea. The area of Špadići can be considered a small town because it consists of a bakery and several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops and sports facilities. The area is connected to the city center with a tourist train that runs the famous town's promenade called Pical. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
