Nicely decorated and comfortable two bedroom apartment Poli Nona with balcony in walking distance to the center of Poreč. The apartment spreads on over 86 m2 and can accomodate up to 4 guests. It is located on the first floor of the family house and consists of a fully equiped kitchen with kitchen utensils and dining area for 4 guests, a comfortable living room with excess to the terrace with sitting area ideal for breakfast, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the children room is from the balcony. There is a balcony with garden furniture. The apartment has air conditioning, SAT TV, bed linen and towels, and the guests have a private parking on their disposal. The guests have also a BBQ on in the shared garden on theire disposal.

Madonna del Monte is a part of the town of Porec, 750 away from the city center and the crowd. It is located east of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protects against extreme heat. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beaches in just 10-15 minutes. There are large supermarkets and several restaurants. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday, away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. The area has a few small parks for children, a laundry service, car wash, a church, several bars and restaurants.

Wohnung ist sauber und entspricht den Bildern. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Die Bestückung der Küche ist für 4 Personen etwas spärlich. Wenn man der Küche ein Upgrade bzgl. Geschirr, Gläsern, Schüsseln, Brotkorb etc. verpassen würde, müsste man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anwerfen. Die Unterbauleuchten wären mit Birnen effektiver gewesen... Die Betten sind eher für Passivschläfer geeignet. Die Dusche ist für breitere Personen (mich) oder größere Personen ( Sohn 188cm) etwas eng aber irgendwie ging's schon. Ein Wäschekorb wäre nicht schlecht. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Stadt, Restaurants...sind fußläufig in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Schöne, große und überdachte Terrasse. Einige tolle Strände in näherer Umgebung. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen. (Axel)
