Apartment with beautiful view on the sea on Porec promenade

In the heart of the old part of the city of Poreč, on the popular Poreč promenade and only 10 meters from the sea, is the apartment Nikola. Newly renovated apartment located in the attic of the building. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 1-2 people, an equipped kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has a combined stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave and kettle. The apartment has bed linen and towels, air conditioning and free wireless internet access. Apartment Nikola is modernly decorated and spacious, and has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Although the apartment is located in a pedestrian zone, guests can also park for free in the city parking lot, only 300 meters away from the studio apartment. There are many restaurants, bars, shops, souvenir shops nearby, all of which you can visit on foot, as well as the sights of the Old Town. The apartment is located right above the renowned restaurant "St. Nikola", where the owner of the restaurant, who is also the owner of the apartment, will be happy to welcome you to a superb dinner during your stay.

Surroundings

Downtown Porec includes the Old town of Poreč and the area extending to 600 m from the start of the famous ancient Roman street called Decumanus. The area "Center" includes: the Old town, the new part of the town near the new post office, and the area of Massa Lombarda. The Old town cannot be reached by car, while other areas are reacheable by vehicles or by food. The city is therefore surrounded by several parking lots to be used for a fee. There are several beaches north or south of the Old town, 1-10 minutes reacheable by foot depending of the location of the apartment, one beach in the Old town and one beach on the Island of Sv.Nikola. In the area called "Center" there are several supermarkets, and several small shops, cafes, restaurants, clothes' shops, a town's bazaar, a bus station, a marina, a museum, galleries, a public library, historical sites, two post offices and two churches, one of which is on the World Heritage List of UNESCO.

Really absolute recommendation. The climb to the 3rd floor with suitcases and equipment was a bit strenuous. But this apartment is definitely worth it. The terrace with a view of the harbor was fantastic. We felt good. In any case, it won't be the last time. Airbnb, October 2023. (C. Witz)

Cozy little apartment located very central in quieter part of sea promenade with fully equipped kitchen, air condition, good Wi-Fi and terasse with sea view and morning sun. Here you can sit and relax, enjoy your coffee, watch people around and admire luxury yachts parked below. This is our first choice in Porec. Thank you and we are looking forward to next year. Die Wohnung Nikola in Porec ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns äußerst wohlgefühlt: Die Dachterrasse ist ganz wunderbar, der Ausblick auch und die Lage natürlich erstklassig da ganz zentral gelegen. Wegen der Dachschrägen ist die Wohnung für ganz grosse Menschen allenfalls eine Herausforderung. Gastgeber Nikola ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Wir waren nun zum 2.Mal in diesem netten Appartment. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, sie liegt direkt an der Promenade in der Altstadt, öffentliche Strände sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und wer sich von etwa 50 Stufen und Dachschrägen (letzter Stock) nicht abschrecken lässt, dem bietet sich vom kleinen Balkon (bitte Kopf einziehen - niedrige Türe) ein wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer! Der reizende Gastgeber führt ein exzellentes Restaurant im selben Haus - herzlichen Dank, wir kommen sicher wieder! April 2019 (Eva)

Exactly what we were hoping for. Great location in a really lovely little town - the Basilica is quite amazing, and the little museum in the bishop's palace is perfect. We've been in Porec in season and it gets very crowded - much better to go in the Autumn, as we did, though we were unlucky with the weather. Furnishing and equipment in the flat was not very lavish, but perfectly adequate for our needs - the washing machine was particularly useful. The little veranda with a view over the harbour was great, though slightly awkward to reach, but alas it rained too much for us to really enjoy it. November 2018 (Christopher, Budapest, Hu)
