The newly decorated and spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, bathroom with shower and balcony with balcony furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer and a coffee maker. The apartment is equipped with linen and towels. It has satellite TV, air conditioning (included in the price) that heats and cools all rooms in the apartment. The apartment offers beautiful views of the market and the city. Cot available on request. Pets are not allowed. The washing machine is located in the common room.

The city center of Poreč covers the Old Town and the area that extends up to 600 m from the beginning of the famous Roman street Dekumanus. The Center area includes a wider area: the old town, a new part of town near the new post office, and the Massa Lombarde area. The old town itself is not accessible by car, while other zones are accessible. The apartment has secured parking on the large parking lot across the street and is included in the price. An easy walk takes you to the first beaches in just 1-10 minutes depending on where the apartment is located. The old town boasts one beach, one is located on the island of St. Nicholas, while the rest are located north and south of the old town. In the Center area there is a large supermarket and several smaller markets, cafes, restaurants, a town market, shops, a bus station, a marina, a museum and galleries, a city library, historical sites, two post offices and two churches, one of which is located in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Super ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung, die durch ihre Lage kurze Wege zu Altstadt und Strand zulässt, Nähe zur Markthalle ermöglicht schnellen Einkauf von frischem Obst und Gemüse, Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung, leider keine direkte Zufahrt zur Wohnung zum Be- und Entladen möglich. I sincerely recommend staying in this beautiful apartment. The hygiene is high and the apartment is fully equipped. There are shops and markets close by, the city center is very close and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. The only complaint is because of the noise coming from the street, but this is otherwise a problem when staying downtown. (August 2019) (Jelena)
