It includes a double bedroom, a room with 2 single beds, kitchen with living room and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. There is also wireless internet, satellite TV and air conditioning. A private car park is in front of the house. If you want a quiet holiday, you can come to this small place. This area is only 3 km from the center and only 1 km from the beaches. Here you can find pebble beaches, stone beaches and many small coves. In an active holiday you can make bicycle tours, walks, beach volley, mini golf and play tennis, or borrow boats. The area is ideal for families who are planning a nice and relaxing holiday.

Mali Maj is the northernmost part of the town of Poreč, which is marked by a series of private houses. It is located 3 km from the downtown and 5 minutes by foot from the closest beach. The area is ideal for families who want a quiet holiday away from the city crowd. Next to the area of Mali Maj there is an area called Špadići which consists of a shops and several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and sports facilities. The area of Špadići is also well connected to the Poreč city center with a tourist train that runs the famous town promenade Pical. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.

We received instructions that the key pickup was at the agency, which was not a problem for us, as the staff were extremely kind and provided all the necessary information. They recommended several beaches and restaurants, which turned out to be excellent choices. The apartment is not new, but it is tidy, clean, and close to all important amenities. I noticed that someone had complained about the location, but it is clearly indicated in the listing. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, and we purchased consumable supplies ourselves, which we found completely reasonable. All in all, the price-to-quality ratio was excellent. We will definitely return. (Sara)

Mr. Incedal, 07/27/2017 until 08/03/2017 The arrival was good, the surroundings of the house were amazing, nice quiet. Within 5 to 10 minutes you are in town and by the sea. Great city with a beautiful view. The house is also good, air conditioning, tv, wifi, everything is present. There are also a lot of other Dutch people present in the city of Poreç!
