In the living area, there is a possibility to host 1 additional person. Included in the rental price are: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking. The great advantage of this apartment is the vicinity of the beach (200 m) and the proximity of the city centre (400 m). Novo Naselje is a part of the town of Porec, 300 away from the city center and just 100 m from the Adriatic Sea, It is located south of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beaches in just 2 minutes. There is a large supermarket called Riva Mall in this area. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. There are a few bars and good restaurants in this area.

The accommodation is located in an excellent area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, in a quiet and well-maintained environment. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, newly renovated, and exceptionally clean, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It is particularly suitable for a family of four thanks to its comfort and functional layout. Although the building itself is older, the apartment is very nicely decorated, cozy, and leaves an excellent impression overall. A very pleasant place and accommodation; we will certainly return here the next time we are in this city. We especially liked the proximity to the beach, the fact that it was not too noisy, and its very convenient location. The mattress on the double bed was slightly worn, but this was not a major issue. Ich war jetzt schon zum 3. Mal im Poreč und gern immer wieder. Das Apartment ist groß und hat alles was man braucht. Totale Entspannung, nur 15 min zu Fuß am Meer entlang nach Porec, genügend Möglichkeiten Aktiev zu werden, In der vor und nachweisen zu empfehlen. July 2019 (Martina aus AUT)
