The villa has 6 apartments located on the ground floor, first and second floor. All are beautifully furnished and air conditioned. The area is ideal for families and those who want to enjoy the silence of the Istrian gardens, warm sun and blue sea. For an active holiday you can choose between walking, cycling, tennis, choose beach volleyball, table tennis, mini golf or boat rentals. You can select between gravel and stone beaches. Beaches are equipped with changing rooms, showers and many sports activities. Lovers of active holidays can reach the beach by bike, by car or on foot.

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub hier verbracht. Der Pool ist toll, sehr gepflegt und die Ferienwohnung sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Besonders die Größe hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Lage ist top. Einer der schönsten Strände in Poreč ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Absolute Empfehlung. (Gabriele)

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung mit klarer Möblierung, die einen neuen Eindruck macht. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war etwas verstopft und das war komisch im Wasser zu stehen. Insgesamt war die Wohnung schön und die Betten auch gemütlich wenn auch ohne Allergikerbezug. Die Bilder vom Pool täuschen sehr. Er ist sehr umbaut was man auf den Bildern nicht sieht und ca. 9x4 m . Die Lage ist relativ ruhig aber dadurch, dass ringsherum überall unterschiedliche Gäste von anderen Einheiten sind, kann es mal wegen denen lauter werden aber alles ok! Das Meer ist in 4 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und dort kann man völlig problemlos parken. Schirm mitnehmen ;) (Melanie)

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Hausmeister war täglich da zur Pool- und Wegereinigung. Sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr (Teller, Gläser, Tassen) da sein. Es ist schade, dass in Wohnung 5 der auf den Bildern abgebildete Backofen nicht vorhanden ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön, das Wasser immer sauber und wohl temperiert. (Petra)
