The apartment is located in the tourist village Spadici, about 300 m from the sea and 1500 m from the city center. It is located on the ground floor. The total floor area is 35 m2. It consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a covered terrace. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. The kitchen/living area also has a dining table, satellite TV, and an additional bed for two persons. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and car parking are included in the rental price. In the garden is a barbecue for all the apartments in the house. Parking is provided in front of the property. The first beaches Luna and Materada are just a few minutes from the apartment.

The area of Špadići can be considered a small town because it consists of a bakery and several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, shops and sports facilities. The area is connected to the city center with a tourist train which runs to the famous town's promenade called Pical. Poreč is a tourist destination, well known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.

Hello everyone, It was a relaxing, lovely holiday. The apartment was as shown on the online site. Bright green with terrace and beautiful garden.
