A beautiful apartment with a terrace for 5 persons near Porec

This charming apartment for 5 persons is located on the ground floor of Apart Residence Blue Sea. Apartment A1 consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a dining area. There's an exit from the living room to a spacious terrace (15m2) where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds. There's also one separate toilet with a washing machine. There are four parking places available on the property. The apartment is located 3 km from the center of Porec in a quiet zone, but still close to the sea and numerous beaches. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you can find several restaurants, bars, and pizzerias. Materada and Pical are beaches located only 1500 meters from the Apartment Complex. The base of the beach is concrete and pebbles. Next to the beach, there is a grassy area suitable for sunbathing, a beach volleyball course, and other sports and recreation facilities. There are bars/restaurants, pedal boats, and deck chairs available all along the beach.

Vranići is a suburb of the town of Poreč, located just 3 km from the city center and 2 km from the beaches of Materada and Luna. The place is very quiet, with lots of greenery, ideal for families and all of those wanting a quiet holiday. There is also an alimentary store, a bakery, a fruit and vegetable mini store and a few local restaurants. Not far from Gulići there is a place called Nova Vas where is situated a famous Baredine cave. The town's center of Porec can be reached by car in just 5 minutes or by a public bus. Poreč is a famous tourist destination known for its many cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports activities and beautiful beaches.

Das Appartment befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und trotzdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Bäckerei,die man zu Fuß ganz schnell erreichen kann. Mit dem Auto sind es bis ins Zentrum auch nur 5 Minuten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Als Willkommensgruß haben sie uns sogar eine Flasche Rotwein und Süßigkeiten bereitgestellt. Auf der Terrasse kann man herrlich frühstücken oder den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Porec verbracht....July, 2021. (Christine)
