The owner is very kind and helpful. Clean, nice apartment with air conditioning. A short walk to the town (15 minutes) and the beach (10 minutes). We will definitely stay here again.

Spacious, completely new apartment equipped with all comforts. The owner found a safe place for our bicycles. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the beaches and the beautiful center of Poreč. Highly recommended location!!!

Excellent location, modern and very clean apartments. Everything you need for a long stay—and even more! All amenities are provided both inside the rooms (which are quite spacious) and on the large balcony/terrace. I didn’t have any issues at all: air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and a host of other facilities. Cleanliness was almost sterile.
You may want to keep in mind that the house is on a hill, so you need to walk uphill from the beach. Very close to a beautiful beach.

Мы имели опыт пребывания в апартаментах в начале августа 2019 г.
Апартаменты чистые, ухоженные, кухонная техника и посуда в наличии, все новое и все работает. Посуды и всего остального достаточно для комфортного приготовления пищи. Апартаменты полностью соответствуют изображению на фото. Полотенца и постельное белье меняли раз в неделю. Уборка своими силами.
Расположение дома на вершине холма, вокруг очень тихо и спокойно.
Пляж: около 8 минут через парк и территорию отеля. В парке дорожки грунтовые, затем из гладкого камня. Дорога на пляж приятная через сосновый парк. Обратно вверх на холм через тот же парк. Пляжи рядом с апартаментами очень комфортные и оборудованные (бетонные плиты, лежаки, зонты и душ). Прокат велосипедов \ водных развлечений \ теннисные корты, столы и прочее находятся в непосредственной близости от пляжа.
Магазины: в 3 минутах расположен маленький магазин, в котором есть «все для завтрака». Супермаркет с полным ассортиментом – SPAR – в 15 минутах ходьбы. Туда – вниз с холма, назад – вверх.
Рынок в центре Пореча (20 минут ходьбы от апартаментов). Работает с 6:00 до обеда.
Нам очень понравилось, идеально для спокойного семейного отдыха. August 2019

It was a first time search where we could get the key. Was an address passed but that was not easy to find. We had to be at a tourist desk and there was a lot of it! Especially after a long trip that would have been nice.The accommodation was beautiful, clean and spacious! As in the pictures, the beach is within walking distance and center by car. (Bill keeping paid parking, not expensive) It is a nice area and also nice to go out of this place (think of Venice) (source: Belvilla)
