The apartment in Poreč, located in the quiet settlement of Špadići, is ideal for a family vacation. It is spread over two floors; on the ground floor there is a kitchen and a spacious living room, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms. Capacity is 5 people. Although simply and modestly furnished, the apartment offers all the basic facilities for a comfortable stay. Private parking is provided, and the biggest advantage is the proximity to the beach, only 200 meters from the sea, which makes it perfect for sun and sea lovers.

The location of the apartment is excellent because the apartment is located in a quiet location. In front of the apartment there is a large terrace where you can have a coffee in peace.
