A leisurely walk will take you to the beaches in just 10-15 minutes. There are large supermarkets such as Lidl, Kaufland and Konzum. The area is suitable for families who want a quiet vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close to the city center and the beaches. The area has several small parks for children, a laundry service, a car wash, a church, several bars and restaurants.

Appartamento accogliente e proprietaria disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche grazie alla presenza del barbecue! Peccato solo sia un po' più distante dal mare..15 min tranquilli a piedi però non fanno male e ne valgono la pena! (Daniela)

Also, der Service im Reisebüro war gut und alles schnell erledigt! Aber wir haben gar nicht gewusst, dass Das Apartment nur ☆☆ Sterne hat! Es stand nirgends! Laut Bildern sah es nicht schlecht aus, aber bei der Ankunft sah es sehr schlecht aus! Die Wohnung braucht wirklich sehr gute Renovierung, zu wenig Steckdosen überall, z.B. nur zwei in der Küche,die sehr wackeln, Türschloss wackelte auch,Schrauben fehlen! Putz von der Decken und Wänden geht ab! Überall Spinnennetze mit Spinnen! Also so was kann man schon wegmachen auf die schnelle! TOTAL UNGEPFLEGTER GARTEN! Wirklich schade! Terrasse ist schön! In der Küche keine Mikrowelle, kein Toaster! Die Pfannen sind zu klein für 4 Personen, das Frühstück muss man zwei mal braten! Noch was ich dumm finde,dass das Zimmer mit getrennten Betten für Kinder ein Ausgang zur Terrasse hat und im Elternzimmer ist keins! Einfach die Betten tauschen! Sonst müssen die Eltern immer durch Kinderzimmer laufen, während die Kindern schon schliefen! Überhaupt null, wirklich null Kontakt von Vermieterin! Kein Wort weder beim Ankunft, gesamten Aufenthalt, noch beim Auschecken! Traurig! Wir waren schon fast 10 mal in Kroatien, letzte 3 mal in Porec! Es war die schlimmste Wohnung! Vielleicht ist es ok für 2 Sterne! Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich dir Wohnung nie genommen! Der Preis war aber sehr hoch! (Vadim)

Vermieter waren sehr nett wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wohnung genau wie beschrieben, schon etwas älteres Haus aber sauber. Zum Strand laufen war etwas anstrengend aber hat auch gepasst. Einkaufen gleich um die Ecken. Sind sehr zufrieden. August 2019. source: Home Away (Olga H)

Tolle Wohnung und Lage

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht aber auch der innere Wohnbereich und die Betten sind Tip Top. Zum Meer und in die Altstadt kann man sehr gut zu Fuß laufen, ebenso zu dem nahen Lebensmittelladen. (Sarah)
