The 50 m2 of the apartment consist of a fully equipped kitchen with dinning area, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one additional guest. The apartment also has a private terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is private parking available in front of the house. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price. In the immediate vicinty of the apartment there is a bakery, a number of hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and sports facilites. The first beach is only 400 meters away and there is only a short drive to center of Poreč.

Špadići is part of the town of Poreč, 1 km away from the downtown area and 100 m from the Sea. It is located north of the town, and marked with a number of private houses. The first beaches Luna and Materada are a few steps away. The area is ideal for families who want a quiet holiday, away from the city crowd, close to the sea. The area of Špadići can be considered a small town because it consists of a bakery and several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops and sports facilities. The area is connected to the city center with a tourist train that runs the famous town's promenade called Pical. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.

Clean, beautiful, no complaints

We were very happy with the apartment. Nothing is missing in terms of furnishings and everything was sparkling clean. You can walk to the beach in about 10-15 minutes. There is also a bakery, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. We can only recommend the apartment. September / 2021 (Miriam)

Everything was great and nice hosts, only the fridge should be replaced, it is very loud, especially at night, it disturbs sleeping. Otherwise everything great! July, 2022 (Andreas)
