Nice furnished studio apartment Alida with terrace and garden is located on the ground floor of a family house.The apartment is located in a quiet residential area above the city center which is surrounded by greenery. It has 35 square meters and is situated on the ground floor of the house. It has a separate entrance and the garden view. It consists of: fully equiped kitchen, bathroom with shower and living room with double bed. The kitchen is qquiped with: coffee machine and fridge. Bed linen and towels are in the apartment.There is also a private parking place. The first beach and town center is on 10 minute walking distance! Porec is a tourist town in Istria, known for its beautiful nature, blue sea, delicious istrian cuisine and long tradition in tourism.

U mirnom dijelu Poreča, 10-15 minuta hoda od starog grada. Besplatan parking. Gospođa koja vodi objekt bila je vrlo ljubazna i uslužna. Boravili smo u apartmanu u prizemlju, savršeno pogodnom za 2 osobe. Krevet je bio udoban, apartman savršeno pogodan za boravak od nekoliko dana. Mogu ga preporučiti svima koji žele spavati na mirnom mjestu, nedaleko od starog grada i plaža. Ako ponovno odemo u Poreč, sigurno ćemo ovdje odsjesti :-) (Zsusza)

Odličan apartman u mirnom dijelu Poreča s iznimno ljubaznom domaćicom

Smještaj je imao odličnu lokaciju u potpuno mirnom dijelu Poreča s odličnim pristupom centru i plažama. Samo 5 minuta od velikog supermarketa Konzum. Također smo mogli besplatno parkirati naš kombi odmah ispred kuće, što je bilo odlično. Apartman je imao dvije šarmantne terase i sve sadržaje koji su nam bili potrebni. Štoviše, bio je vrlo prostran. Domaćica je bila nevjerojatna, ljubazna i čak nam je ponudila povrće iz vlastitog vrta, osjećali smo se kao kod kuće kod nje. Hvala vam puno (Irena)

The apartment was clean, had a large bathroom, dishwasher and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for five people. The owner was very friendly. (Malgorzata)

Rosana ist eine wirklich liebe Gastgeberin die eine wirklich niedliches Apartment für 2 Personen anbietet. Der Check in ist sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten zwei schöne Terrassen direkt unter Kiwibäumen und die Altstadt Porec ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. (Jasmin)
