Villa Astraeus 2 consists of two separate units connected by external stairs, on 200m2. On the ground floor there is a modern living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. In this part there is a sofa bed, suitable for 1 person. The living room is air-conditioned, there is wi-fi and satellite TV. Two double bedrooms are also part of this unit, as well as two bathrooms with showers. On the first floor there is also a very modernly equipped living room with a sofa bed suitable for 1 person, a dining room and a kitchen. From here you have access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the islands. You have at your disposal two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. In front of the house there is a private swimming pool ideal for hot summer days, while the terrace with garden furniture offers perfect moments with friends and family at night. The house has a private parking lot. Pets are allowed in the villa, the surcharge is EUR 10 per pet/per night.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 40 days before arrival. For cancellations 41 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Cancelling 40 to 31 days before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount. Cancelling 30 days or less before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount.

Enjoying the sea and beaches is the main factor in the tourist offer on the Croatian Adriatic, which Podstrana definitely has! The entire coast is suitable for swimming, which is arranged and equipped more or less along its length (6 km). Only 10 km from Postrana is the city of Split. Split is a city that arose from the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian, one of the best preserved and most impressive buildings from the Roman era in Europe, where people still live today! Of course, that is why it is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Be sure to take a walk along the city promenade "Riva" and have a coffee there. This is the main custom of the locals of Split. Visit Marjan Park, one of the city's beaches, for example Bačvice known for "Picigino", a unique game created in that place. Don't miss touching the toe of the grandiose statue of Gregory of Nin "for luck" and fulfillment of wishes. Next to Gregory, you will see the magnificent Golden Gate, which in Roman times led to Salona, the largest Roman city on the eastern coast of the Adriatic, and which could only be used by Emperor Diocletian and his family. What a beautiful, newly built stunning villa! It sits on a hill overlooking Podstrana and the views are awesome. The villa gets the sun all day and you get the bonus of a wonderful sunset over the hills of Split every evening. The villa is brand new and very well equipped with all you would ever need. The beds are really comfortable and the fixtures luxurious. Our host Josipa could not have been more helpful with any tiny request and even taking the deposit in euro's (so we did not have loads of Kuna's on our last day). The pool is stunning and the villa really peaceful with a surprisingly good WiFi signal. We loved everything about this villa and would recommend to anyone. (Giles)
