This beautiful semi-detached villa Duce with pool is located directly opposite the long sandy beach and not far from the historic center of Omis. On the ground floor there is a living room with a separate kitchen, while in front of the house there is a garden with a pool that has a high fence that guarantees you 100% privacy. The terrace with barbecue is at the back. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor are another kitchen and living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The house is functionally furnished for a relaxing summer vacation. The house is only a few meters from the sea. (the road separates it from a large camp with numerous sports and recreational facilities, as well as from a beautiful sandy beach ideal especially for children). The coast of Omis is known for its fantastic sandy beaches thanks to the mouth of the river Cetina.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 40 days before arrival. For cancellations 41 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Cancelling 40 to 31 days before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount. Cancelling 30 days or less before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount.

Omiš is a town in the heart of Dalmatia, at the mouth of the river Cetina. It is 21 km southeast of Split's largest Dalmatian town. Omis is a city of rich culture, with a typical old town center decorated in Venetian style. It is one of the few towns in this area that has a sandy beach thanks to the Cetina grove. During the summer months, the Festival of Dalmatian Klapa is held in the town, as well as a performance in honor of the Omicidian pirates. At the very cove of Cetina you can rent a boat with a dolphin who will take you to the river to the nearby restaurants with traditional gastronomic offer. If you are a fan of adrenaline sports, the inevitable point is zip-line.

Just had a great holiday at this Villa. Location is great with sandy beach 200 meters one way and shops and bakery 200 meters the other. The Villa is beautifully furnished, clean and has all requirements. Nice sized swimming pool for the family. Would definitely stay again. Duce and Omis are nice towns with plenty to do. The Croatians are very friendly and helpful. (Greg)
