On the ground floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The room has exit to the terrace where You can enjoy beautiful sunsets. On the first floor: a bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The room has a balcony with a beautiful view. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and bathroom. Outside on the terrace you can use lounge furniture and heated private swimming pool.

When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 40 days before arrival. For cancellations 41 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Cancelling 40 to 31 days before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount. Cancelling 30 days or less before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount.

The proximity of Biokovo is a true luxury for rock-climbers and for all who love walking outside in the open countryside. The nearest restaurant is just 500 meters away and the next supermarket is 2,5 km away. The beautiful pebble beaches of Tučepi are located 2.5 km away

The house is 280m above sea level - you have a dream view. There are 2 separate apartments that we 8 people used together. The landlord is a piece of gold. We felt very comfortable and loved the view! After the 2nd day you get used to the narrow and steep driveway ;-) The pool is clean. There are also umbrellas and loungers next to it !The beaches are approx. 4 km and every day you have the choice which one to go to - and still you escape the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. There are 3 restaurants near the house. In one we enjoyed a dinner with a beautiful sunset on the day of arrival. We can unreservedly recommend this house! (Bettina)
