It is situated in a wonderful, quiet and natural environment with pine trees and olive fields. The villa is well-equipped, spacious, functional and ideal for a lovely family vacation.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen and premium furnishing. On one of the two terraces (50 m2 and 40 m2) on the ground floor you will have access to the beautiful infinity pool (33 m2), from which you have a panoramic view of the town of Makarska, the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar.

A spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. From here you have access to the terrace and the pool. This holiday house has four double-bed bedrooms and four bathrooms (6 m2 each) on the first floor. The holiday house is air conditioned. This modernly equipped villa has natural and peaceful surroundings.

Guests can use the large courtyard of about 500 m2, garage and storage room, and outdoor shower. The house is suitable for charging electric cars.

In the basement you can use the laundry and bathroom (4 m2, shower).

There is a nice pool on the terrace with a spectacular view on Makarska city, the sea and several Dalmatian islands. In the period from November 21, 2022 to March 1, 2023, the pool is not in use, and there is the possibility of using the jacuzzi for an extra charge.

You can go organized with a mini bus, with a private car or if you like sports and recreation you can hike but of course not before consulting in the office of the nature park in Makarska.The latest project on Biokovo is a horseshoe-shaped lookout point outside the cliff with a glass surface for walking called the Skywalk. It is located in the southwestern part of the Biokovo Nature Park next to the info - center, at an altitude of 1228 meters.Also don’t stay on just one beach. The entire Makarska Riviera is full of large beaches, small, hidden coves that you need to explore.In summer, the city also offers a rich entertainment program called "Makarska Summer". Villa beautiful, spacious, modern, clean, equipped kitchen perfect, bathrooms perfect, beds very comfortable, garage, washing machine, garden furniture, deck chairs on the terrace, the size of the pool just sufficient, barbecue outside, beautiful view from the living room and the terrace is Malarska and a beautiful view to the sea and on the other hand to the mountains. Night view of the beautiful moon which is reflected in the sea. Owners a delight and willing to any help. Total professionalism. Top level villa. We really didn't have any objections. We felt at home there or even better :) (Dominika)
