This semi detached villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, has 200 square meters with additional 120 square meters of landscape, and can accommodate up to 8 persons.
The main floor includes a large open plan fully furnished and equipped kitchen large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and a spacious dining and living room. At this level there are two outdoor areas.
The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living dining room, leading to a stunning infinity pool, with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Second outdoor area with BBQ facilities and dining area is accessible from the kitchen.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two rooms have terraces which overlook the stunning Adriatic below, whereas the third bedroom has beautiful view of the majestic Mount Biokovo. All rooms feature queen size beds.
Internal staircase leads to the top floor, where there is an open roof terrace with sea views.
At the top there is an outdoor kitchenette, bathroom and 4th bedroom study room with pull out sofa, and a huge terrace.
The villa also has a large private driveway where up to 3 cars can comfortably park.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 40 days before arrival. For cancellations 41 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Cancelling 40 to 31 days before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount. Cancelling 30 days or less before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount.

For an unforgettable vacation, we recommend that you visit The old part of town with the main street Kalalarga and countless adorable pubs, wine bars, restaurants and galleries. The main town square with the church of St. Mark surrounded by old buildings and overlooking one of the most beautiful mountain. Mountain Biokovo. You should not miss the mountain and nature park Biokovo if you are planning a visit to Makarska. You can go organized with a mini bus, with a private car or if you like sports and recreation you can hike but of course not before consulting in the office of the nature park in Makarska. The latest project on Biokovo is a horseshoe shaped lookout point outside the cliff with a glass surface for walking called the Skywalk. It is located in the southwestern part of the Biokovo Nature Park next to the info center, at an altitude of 1228 meters. Also do not stay on just one beach. The entire Makarska Riviera is full of large beaches, small, hidden coves that you need to explore. In summer, the city also offers a rich entertainment program called Makarska Summer.
