The new modern Villa M with a private heated pool, surrounded by greenery and a private basketball court, with a beautiful sea view, is ideal for a family vacation. It has 4 floors. The ground floor has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and private bathrooms and balconies. On the second floor there is a sunbathing area of 100 m2, mini kitchen and bathroom. In the basement there is a fully equipped gym. Guests can use the garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower. This villa has a garage and additional entertainment facilities - children's corner, playstation, table tennis, board games. Next to the garage you can use a private newly built basketball court. This villa is acceptable for pets, but in case you are traveling with more than one pet, send us an inquiry first.

Makarska is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast, attractive for its natural and climatic characteristics, diverse tourist offer and hospitable hosts. Biokovo Nature Park is an interesting picnic area, suitable for more serious hiking tours, but also for getting to know the diverse flora and fauna that are taken care of by the management of the Nature Park, hunting societies and mountaineers. Makarska is connected to the island of Brač by ferry, and during the summer months by catamaran line and numerous excursion boats with other islands and towns.
