Villa Chiara is a newly renovated, very comfortable and tastefully decorated villa with a swimming pool, suitable for 6 - 7 people. It is located in the village of Gornja Slivnica, just 12 km from the city of Zadar. The house is located on a plot of 2800 m2 with a private swimming pool of 50 m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, a large dining table, a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has direct access to the terrace equipped with seating furniture. All rooms are located on the ground floor. There are also two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with a double bed. One bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned, also has SAT TV, Wi-Fi, a safe and a washing machine. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful spacious garden with a terrace, a barbecue area with a large stone table and private parking. The nearest beach is only 2.5 km away.
