The 60 m2 residence is thoughtfully arranged and comfortably furnished. It features two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils for preparing and enjoying your meals.
In front of the house, spacious terraces shaded by trees create a pleasant outdoor living area, perfect for relaxing throughout the day. A barbecue area invites guests to enjoy memorable evenings under the open sky, surrounded only by the sounds of nature and the sea.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire estate, ensuring complete privacy and an authentic island experience. Boat rental can be arranged upon request, and transfers to and from the island are organised by the owner for an additional fee.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
