The 60 m2 house is simply furnished yet fully functional, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. It consists of three bedrooms, each equipped with two beds, one bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area for preparing and enjoying meals.
In front of the house, spacious terraces shaded by natural wild vines create a pleasant outdoor living area, ideal for relaxing during the day. A barbecue on the terrace allows guests to enjoy outdoor dining while surrounded only by the sounds of nature and the sea.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
