A beautiful house with a heated and private pool called Villa Lucia is situated in the small, quiet village Kacana, near a bigger town and municipality Vodnjan, on the south of peninsula Istria. This region is rich in natural and cultural sights, as well as beautiful beaches. The house, Villa Lucia, has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. 9 sleeping places in beds and one sofa bed are available. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large roofed terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the roof, perfect for enjoying long, sunny days. The big private and fenced garden offers a big heated swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, ping pong table, and playground for children. Also, there is a covered BBQ (wood) area with seating furniture overlooking the pool and the garden. Private parking is available in the yard. Guests have free Wi-Fi access. The house is completely air-conditioned, including the living room and the bedrooms.

The house is located in Kacana, a small village just 3 km from Vodnjan. In Vodnjan you can find smaller and bigger supermarkets, restaurants and café bars. The first beaches are located in the small town Fažana which is 10 km or 15 driving minutes away. Pula, the biggest city in Istria is just 15 km away.
