The villa is very spacious, comfortable and ideal for a large group. It has two floors and each floor has its own fully equipped kitchen and fridge, which was extremely practical. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and there was everything we needed: blankets, pillows, dishes, chairs and all the necessary kitchen items. There were 11-12 of us and there was more than enough space for everyone. No one bothered each other and everyone felt comfortable. The yard was very clean and well maintained. There is also a great barbecue area with a large table where we spent wonderful evenings together. The pool was always clean and warm, which was a huge advantage, especially since the villa is about 8 minutes drive from the sea. The grounds are green, beautiful and very well maintained, with fruit trees around. The children enjoyed picking and eating the fruit. There was green grass, sun loungers and enough space for everyone to relax. We had a truly wonderful holiday and enjoyed every moment. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay. The host was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. He was always available, responded promptly and checked regularly to make sure everything was okay. A very warm and welcoming host. The location was exactly as expected on the map. The sea is about 8-10 minutes away by car and the roads are very practical. There is a direct line to Pula, supermarkets are nearby and a nice local restaurant is just around the corner. We appreciated that everything was as described so there were no surprises. August 2026. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating. There was a surprise birthday present and a farewell gift. He was very helpful with any questions and always responded quickly. The house was very well equipped; everything you need was there. Clean, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was cleaned regularly. The outdoor areas were very well maintained. The fruit and vegetables that grew there were welcome to use. Great location, very secluded and quiet. We'll be back! Many thanks to the landlord family! (Selina)
