Super schönes Haus mit tollem und großem Garten, toller Pool, gute Ausstattung, super lieber Vermieter und gute Lage. Rovinj ist mit dem Auto ca 10min entfernt und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es auch im Ort! Das Grundstück ist super schön und vor allem sehr groß. Auch für Hunde gut geeignet. Unser Highlight war definitiv der Whirlpool und der wunderschöne Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang! September, 2021. (Sofia)

Beautiful location and lovely villa

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this lovely villa in a semi-rural location. The villa had everything we needed and was furnished to a high standard. It would be helpful for future guests if there was an information booklet available to explain how things worked ie gas cooker, tv and outside sun blind, together with where things such as the safe key were located, as we had to contact the owners several times to find out this information. In addition some information on contact numbers for local doctor, emergency services and local hospital. In the photograph it shows the hot tub in the garden, this was under cover when we arrived, which we were pleased about, however, the area it was situated in needed a good clean as debris from the roof area was found on the cover each morning. There were a lot of insects on the curtains and walls, together with cobwebs hanging, which detracted the enjoyment of using the hot tub. September 2019. source HomeAway. (Phil )

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei großen sowie zwei kleinen Kindern plus Hund dort und hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem tollen Haus, was im Grunde wenig Wünsche offen lässt. Der Pool, die großzügigen Räume, zwei Klimaanlagen, ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen wie draußen, Markise und Sonnenschirm, ein Beachvolleyballfeld.
Nach Rovinj und zu denStränden der Umgebung muss man etwa eine Fahrt von 20 Minuten einplanen, was für uns okay war. Eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sogar zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich.
Einzig negative Punkte sind die praktisch nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine (eine Stunde für 5 Tassen) und der nicht nutzbare Whirlpool, was wirklich schade war (bei Aktivierung verabschiedete sich zuverlässig die Sicherung).
Insgesamt dennoch ein sehr zu empfehlendes Haus! (Maria)

Relaxing days in Croatia

We, two families each with 1 child (7 and 5) traveled for 1 week to Croatia.
House was easy to find, we had a very warm welcome from the house owner. The house is big enough for 6 people, you have 3 bedrooms, so our children shared one bedroom together. the living area with the kitchen is large, so really enough space for different activities, we had our guitars with us. the best part of the house is the pool, where we spent hours with playing with the children. We had a lot of fun with playing water polo, nerf gun, water balloons, the kids had an amazing time, nobody felt disturbed by our playing and screaming, ... also in the evening, we jumped after dinner in our pool, it was really fantastic.
we can recommend this house for families with kids, as you have enough space (Emir from Switzerland)
