Villa Artiana

Villa Artiana is a beautifully renovated air-conditioned villa, which can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. In the main living area on the ground floor there is a comfortable and charming living room along with a modern dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary coooking appliances. Internal stairs lead to the first floor, where there are 4 beautifully decorated master bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a private bathroom and double beds. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. There are 2 additional bathrooms on the same floor. Another staircase leads you to the attic, where you can find another bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Outside you can enjoy on sun loungers or in a heated swimming pool. There is also a jacuzzi and an outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities. In addition to the main house, you will find an additional building of Villa Artiana (access from the pool), where you will find a wine bar and the possibility of tasting olive oil. An additional nice space for various activities is located on the ground floor where you can play billiards or have fun trying your luck with table tennis, table football or darts. On the first floor there is a special space for children only - a colorful playroom for younger guests, full of different types of toys. On the ground floor there is an additional guest toilet and a garage with 2 parking spaces, and 2 additional in the yard. Heating of the pool is possible in May, June, September and October for an extra charge of 100 euros (paid on site)
