When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The stay in this villa was really very nice.

The facilities are excellent, and the large pool is truly amazing. Everything was very clean and beautifully presented upon our arrival. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor kitchen, in particular, exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for larger families as well as friends who want to enjoy a quiet holiday together. We would gladly return. We cannot fault Villa My Vladan.

The Mother and daughter owners were delightful and the villa was so clean and well equipped. We were having a holiday with our 3 daughters and their partners and we spent a lot of evenings eating in the wonderful outside eating area which was perfect for us. The villa has everything you need and more. It is spacious and the Master Bedroom is particularly lovely. We joked that we'd have liked a dishwasher down near the BBQ but that was only so we didn't have to take plates, glasses and cutlery up and down and we managed very well with the one in the kitchen! We were also allowed to check in early which meant we got a half extra day settling in and we were so grateful for this ability to be flexible. 06/2025; source: Airbnb (Hilary)
